By shopping with Hogwarts Hoods you agree to the terms below. They're short on purpose.

Products

Product images on this site are design renders of the hoodie as made; fabric colour can vary slightly between screens and dye lots. The balaclava is a garment layer, not protective equipment.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and settle in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Pack prices apply only when the full quantity is purchased in one order.

Shipping

Every hoodie is made to order and ships within 2–4 weeks of purchase. Delivery estimates are in our shipping policy.

Cancellations, swaps and returns

Every hoodie is made to order and all sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund; after that, orders cannot be cancelled. Free size and house swaps are available before shipment, and faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. The full terms are in our Made-to-Order Policy.

Limitation of liability

Hogwarts Hoods' liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the new version.
