Made-to-Order Policy
Every House Hoodie is produced to order in small batches, which is why we can't restock on demand. Because of this, all sales are final once your order is placed.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email support.hogwartshoods@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours your hoodie has entered production and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. This includes cancelling in order to re-purchase at a different price — orders are not price-adjusted or cancelled for later discounts or promotions.
Size & House Swaps
Need a different size or house? No problem — we'll swap it for free any time before your order ships. Just email us your order number and the size or house you'd like instead. Once your order has shipped, swaps are no longer possible.
We'll Always Make It Right If
- Your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error
- You received the wrong house or size
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
- We fail to ship within the delivery window stated at checkout
In those cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the missed ship date) with your order number and photos, and we'll replace the item or refund you.
What We Don't Accept
Returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size after shipment. Please check the size chart before ordering — and remember, you can swap sizes for free any time before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Because each batch is made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for your hoodie to ship. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it's on its way.
