Made to order, so all sales are final
Every House Hoodie is produced to order in small batches, which is why we can't restock on demand. Because of this, all sales are final once your order is placed.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email support.hogwartshoods@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours your hoodie has entered production and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded — including cancelling in order to re-purchase at a different price.
Size & house swaps
Need a different size or house? We'll swap it for free any time before your order ships. Email us your order number and the size or house you'd like instead. Once your order has shipped, swaps are no longer possible.
We'll always make it right if
- Your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error
- You received the wrong house or size
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
- We fail to ship within the delivery window stated at checkout
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the missed ship date) with your order number and photos, and we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
30-Day Warranty
If you added the 30-Day Warranty and a seam, zipper or print fails within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo and we ship a replacement.
