How do I contact you?

When will my order ship?

Every hoodie is made to order, so yours will ship within 2–4 weeks of purchase, then delivery takes 6–15 business days depending on your country. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Can I cancel, return or swap my order?

Every hoodie is made to order, so all sales are final. Need a different size or house? Email us any time before it ships and we'll swap it for free. Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are refunded in full; after 24 hours orders can't be cancelled. Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Full Made-to-Order Policy.

How does the balaclava hood work?

The balaclava is a separate ribbed layer built in under the normal hood. It has its own slim zipper up the centre of the face. Zip it to the bridge of your nose for the full mask, or leave it open at the chin and it just looks like a regular hoodie.

Can I mix houses and sizes in a pack?

Yes. Every hoodie in a Duo or Squad Pack picks its own house and size.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Use the Track Order page any time after that.

What is it made of?

Heavyweight brushed fleece with a vintage wash, ribbed knit balaclava, metal zippers. Oversized, boxy fit.

How do I wash it?

Inside-out, cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Don't tumble dry and don't iron the print.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, free, with tracking, to every country.

What if it doesn't fit?

Check the size chart before ordering — the hoodie runs oversized. If you change your mind on size before it ships, email us and we'll swap it for free.
